Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. in Colorado Springs is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Shifts include Day and Night with hourly pay ranges of $25–$28 and $26–$29 per hour, respectively, with shift differential. Maxim offers Health, Dental, Vision, HSA, Life Insurance, PTO, 401(k) and more to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Current TB test or Chest X-ray.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document data and nursing diagnoses.

• LPN Day: Hourly pay $25 - $28 / per hour
• LPN Night: Hourly pay $26 - $29 / per hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
