Maxim Healthcare in United States (OH area) is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $27, with competitive weekly paychecks and a benefits package. The role requires a valid LPN/LVN license in the state of practice, current TB/Chest X-Ray, and a current BLS card.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
