Maxim Healthcare in Benton Harbor, MI is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to deliver in-home nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients on flexible shifts. Compensation lines: $30–$35 per hour with weekly paychecks, comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA and life insurance, PTO and a 401(k) savings plan.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in Michigan.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
