Job summary

Home-Health-Services-of-Virginia is seeking Field Nurses with proven experience in home health care to join our agency in Virginia. You will provide patient care aligned with the plan of care, document thoroughly, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualified candidates must hold a current Virginia-Board-registered LPN or RN license and have prior home care experience. The role requires dependable, versatile individuals who can manage scheduled shifts and complete nursing notes
