Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking a motivated PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Henrico County, VA. The position offers flexible scheduling with a minimum of four shifts per month, enabling quality patient care in patients' homes.

You will administer skilled nursing care, assess patients, document findings, and collaborate with clinicians to promote health outcomes. VA LPN license and reliable transportation are required; must be 21 or older.
