Job summary

Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking Field Nurses with home health experience to join our patient-focused team. Must hold a current Virginia license (LPN or RN) and have prior home care agency experience.

In this role you will complete patient care duties, follow patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary, work scheduled shifts, and maintain complete clinical notes. You will also perform skilled nursing services as applicable and take on additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Must have experience working in a home care agency.
