Job summary

Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking Field Nurses with a Virginia license (LPN or RN) and proven experience in home health care to join our team. Candidates must be dependable and versatile, and hold a current Virginia Board of Nursing license.

You will perform patient care duties, follow the plan of care, and complete nursing notes and skilled services as required. This role requires flexibility to cover scheduled shifts and additional duties as assigned in patients' homes.

Qualifications

• Must have current LPN or RN license.
• Experience in home health care setting.
• Licensed by Virginia Board of Nursing.
