Job summary

Home Health Services of Virginia is seeking Field Nurses to provide in-home care to patients in the Virginia area. You must be a licensed practical nurse (LPN) or registered nurse (RN) with an active Virginia license and prior experience in a home health setting.

The role requires reliability and adaptability to patient needs. Responsibilities include completing patient care tasks, following the plan of care, documenting nursing notes, and delivering skilled services as required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse from the Virginia Board of Nursing.
• Must have experience working in a home care agency.

• Follow patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary.
