Job summary

Home-Health-Services-of-Virginia is seeking field nurses with home health experience and a current Virginia LPN/RN license to provide patient care in the community. You will follow established care plans, reevaluate needs, and perform scheduled nurse duties in patient homes with attention to documentation.
