Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the state board.
• Current license as a Practical Nurse for the state where the facility is located.
• Current CPR certification and knowledge of emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine nursing care under RN supervision.
• Develop and modify the resident Plan of Care in coordination with the RN.
• Record health data and report changes to the RN in a timely manner.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
