Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Registered Nursing or Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Active, unencumbered RN or LPN license in Iowa; CPR/First Aid certification.
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric settings preferred.
• Supervisory/leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident health and care plans with accuracy and compassion.
• Assess health status, monitor changes, and communicate to the care team.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Provide wound care, IV therapy, and routine medical procedures as needed.
• Supervise CNAs and staff; ensure adherence to protocols and quality care.
• Document medical records and participate in audits for quality improvement.
