Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed LPN with current state license.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living preferred.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct routine nursing care under RN supervision.
• Participate in development and modification of resident Plan of Care.
• Collect health data and report changes to RN.
• Assign and monitor nursing tasks to unlicensed staff.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, and safety in all care activities.
