Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7). We offer immediate opening with a sign-on bonus.

You will provide care on our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit, administer medications (including IVs where trained), monitor vitals, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs. We offer a competitive wage and benefits package including medical, dental and vision.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to supervise CNAs

Responsibilities
