Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in our Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit. Hiring immediately with a sign-on bonus available.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), taking vital signs, providing patient care and education, and coordinating with physicians, NPs, families and the care team. CNAs are supervised to ensure quality care.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (7-7), full-time rotating days/nights.
• Strong communication with residents, families and health-care team.
