Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7) in Kingston Springs, TN. You will provide care on Skilled and Long Term Care units, administer medications including IVs, and collaborate with physicians and families.

This role includes vital signs, resident education, supervising CNAs, and contributing to a refreshing approach to skilled nursing.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience with long-term care and skilled units preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and collaborate with care teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled and Long Term Care Units.

• Take and record vital signs.
