Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing in Millersville, Tennessee is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7). This role offers a sign-on bonus and a fresh approach to skilled nursing.

You will care for residents in the SNF and Long Term Care units, administer medications including IVs, monitor vital signs, educate residents and families, and supervise CNAs. Tennessee LPN license required; salary up to $35/hour with benefits.
