Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights). The facility offers a fresh approach to skilled nursing, recognition meals, potential for advancement, and free uniforms.

Responsibilities include medication administration (including IVs), vital signs, direct resident care, education for residents and families, and collaboration with physicians, NPs, families, and CNAs to ensure quality outcomes.
