Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time, rotating 12-hour shifts (7-7). Duties include med administration (including IVs), vital signs, and providing resident care in Skilled and Long Term Care units, with collaboration with physicians and other health professionals.

The role requires completion of Tennessee LPN licensure, teamwork with CNAs, and patient-family education in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

• Tennessee LPN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in Skilled Unit and Long Term Care Unit.
• Medication administration, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Provide resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.
• Educate residents and families.
• Coordinate with physicians, NPs and other health care professionals.
• Supervise CNAs.
