Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time work on our skilled unit and long-term care unit. The position offers 12-hour shifts, day or night, with a rotating schedule.

You will administer medications, including IVs, record vital signs, provide resident care and education, and collaborate with physicians, NPs, families, and CNAs under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Experience in SNF/long-term care preferred.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs.
• Deliver resident care and treatments with progress monitoring.
• Educate residents and families.
• Communicate with physicians and other health professionals.
