Job summary

Nashville Center For Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time rotating 12-hour shift schedule (7-7) at our Brentwood facility. We offer a sign-on bonus, recognition meals, and opportunities for advancement.

You will provide resident care, administer medications, monitor vitals, and supervise CNAs while coordinating with care teams to ensure quality outcomes and family education.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN license.
• Able to supervise CNAs and coordinate with care teams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in SNF and Long Term Care units.
• Administer medications, including IVs.
• Take and record vital signs and monitor outcomes.
• Educate residents and families on care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, and families.
• Supervise CNAs.
