Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to work with pediatric and adult patients in their home, with opportunities across East Tennessee. This role emphasizes skilled nursing, home-based care, and ongoing skill advancement through paid training in partnership with Johns Hopkins University.

Eligible candidates have an LPN/LVN license in the practicing state, CPR/BLS certification, and a preference for one year of nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
• CPR (BLS) certification. If you do not have this requirement, we can get you scheduled with us!

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

$1,200 Sign On Bonus - Weekly Pay - Full Benefits
