Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Dyersburg, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home pediatric care. Hourly pay ranges from $25 to $30, with competitive weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, HSA and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Current nursing licensure in the state of practice (LPN/LVN).
• TB test or Chest X-Ray on file.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) card.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from health care members and document nursing diagnoses.
