Job summary

Maxim Healthcare provides home-based nursing services with dedicated LPNs/LVNs to support pediatric and adult patients in their own homes. Competitive pay, weekly paychecks, and comprehensive benefits are offered to qualified applicants.

Qualifications

• TB test or Chest X-ray completed.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year of professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing services on each assignment according to prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and document data to inform nursing diagnoses.

Hourly Pay: $25-$30

Maxim Healthcare in Arlington, TN is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
