Job summary

Responsibilities

• Report changes in resident condition to Healthcare Director and update logs.
• Assist with dining activities and ensure adequate nutrition and safety measures.
• Participate in required trainings, CEUs, and team meetings.
• Support CNA/RMA staff and provide guidance as needed.
