Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents according to physician orders.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of care.
• Execute medication management plan and communicate changes to physician.
• Assess resident needs and update care plans.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and timely.
• Report incidents and changes to Healthcare Director.
• Participate in activities and community events.
• Assist with meals and monitor nutrition.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Provide reports at shift change and in Daily Log.
• Motivate and direct CNAs/RMAs.
