Job summary

Community Care, Inc. in Hastings, PA is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide one-on-one private duty nursing for a 14-year-old female patient.

This full-time role offers either day shifts or overnight arrangements and emphasizes family-centered care in a home setting. You will monitor vitals, manage g-tube feedings, administer medications, and respond to seizures and oxygen needs while maintaining clear communication with the family and care team.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Passion for pediatric one-on-one home health care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Perform g-tube care/feedings.
• Monitor vitals.
• Monitor seizures.
