Job summary

Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate LPN to provide 1:1 private duty nursing for a six‑month‑old child in Monroeville, PA. This full‑time day shift role offers one‑on‑one pediatric care in a home setting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and weekends available.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A caring heart and ability to provide pediatric private duty care.
