Job summary

Community Care, Inc. in Greensburg, PA, seeks a compassionate LPN for 1:1 pediatric private duty care for a 3-year-old boy. This full-time evening role (2:30 PM–10:30 PM) offers meaningful, family-centered pediatric care in a home setting.

You will perform ADLs, G-tube care, feedings, and medication administration, while communicating with the family and care team to ensure the child’s well-being.

Qualifications

• Current LPN (or RN) license in Pennsylvania.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• At least 6 months of nursing experience (home health preferred).
• CPR certification required.
