Maxim Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home health care for an adult patient in Gulf Breeze, FL. The role requires assessing and delivering skilled nursing care in the patient’s home and following prescribed orders.

Shifts include Fri/Sat/Mon and alternating Sun 7a–7p, with Wed/Thu nights 7p–7a beginning in October. Competitive weekly pay, benefits, and career growth opportunities are offered by Maxim Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB or Chest X-Ray current.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Skills needed: Adult, G-Tube, Medication Administration, Total Care, Bowel & Bladder regimen.
