Job summary

The Alden Network in Illinois seeks an RN/LPN to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in a small community-based facility. We offer flexible scheduling, part-time and full-time positions, and a tuition reimbursement program.

You will work within federal, state, and local guidelines, contribute to care plans, document care accurately, and participate in ongoing education. CPR required; Illinois license required; we value teamwork and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an RN or LPN in Illinois.
• Must possess CPR certificate or obtain within two weeks of employment.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Demonstrates leadership and supervisory abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure care follows federal, state, and local standards and facility policies.
• Develop and implement written plans of care for residents.
• Conduct daily rounds and ensure policy compliance; chart nursing notes and assessments.
