Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an LPN to manage medication plans and provide resident care. You will assess needs, document interventions, and collaborate with the Healthcare Director to ensure safety and quality care.

Responsibilities include team supervision, clinical documentation, and participation in activities. A current LPN license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are required; eligibility to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice nursing in the state of the community
• Experience working with the senior population, preferably in assisted living or LTC
• Must be a team player with supervisory experience
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Demonstrated time management and organizational abilities
• Physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 50 lbs and work flexible hours

Responsibilities

• Execute the medication management plan and review documentation
• Assess resident needs and update care plans accordingly
• Ensure resident wellness, safety, and documentation of measures
• Work as part of a team to meet resident needs
• Respond to emergencies calmly and promptly
• Report incidents and changes to Healthcare Director with proper documentation
• Participate in all activities and community events
• Assist with dining room meals and monitor diet tolerance and nutrition
