Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking an LPN to provide quality nursing care in an assisted living setting. You will coordinate care, manage medications, and uphold resident safety and dignity.

Responsibilities include documentation, family and team communication, and supporting CNAs/RMA’s. Must have an active LPN license in TN and be able to lift up to 50 lbs; flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice nursing in the state of employment.
• Experience with the senior population, preferably in assisted living or LTC.
• Must be a team player with staff supervision experience.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of care per physician orders and resident choices.
• Execute medication management plan with periodic review and physician communication.
• Continuously assess resident needs and update appropriate individuals.
• Document and maintain resident wellness and safety measures.
• Work with the team to meet resident needs and respond to emergencies.
• Report incidents and changes in resident condition to Healthcare Director.
