Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking an LPN to provide quality nursing care to residents in our Murfreesboro community. You will coordinate comprehensive care in collaboration with the physician, ensure proper medication management, and monitor resident wellness and safety in a team-driven environment.

You will respond to emergencies promptly, document changes in resident condition, and participate in activities and dining room logistics to support nutrition and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice nursing in the state in which the community is located.
• Experience working with the senior population, preferably in assisted living or LTC.
• Must be a team player who works well with others and has experience supervising staff.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care to residents in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of care per physician orders and resident choices.
• Manage medication plans, review documentation, and communicate changes to the physician as needed.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and document incidents accurately for the Healthcare Director.
