Qualifications

• Current LPN license to practice in the state of the community location.
• Experience working with seniors in assisted living or LTC is preferred.
• Must be a team player with good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to think critically and manage time efficiently.
• Able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care and services to residents with respect and dignity.
• Coordinate physical, social, and emotional aspects of care per physician orders and resident choices.
• Execute and monitor the medication management plan with documentation and physician communication.
• Respond to emergencies calmly and promptly; report incidents to Healthcare Director.
• Assist with meals and monitor diet tolerance and nutrition; maintain accurate records.
