Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN, is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in a 79-bed long-term care facility. You will work under supervision, administer medications, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team.

The full-time role offers evenings/nights (4:00pm–4:30am), every other weekend, rotating holidays, and eligibility-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span or have at least 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document interactions and outcomes.
• Participate in an interdisciplinary care team and communicate effectively with residents and families.
