Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.

This full-time position offers 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period, evening/night shifts from 4:00 PM to 4:30 AM, every other weekend and rotating holidays, shift and weekend incentives, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing preferred.
• Current Minnesota LPN license or multi-state licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents under supervision of a RN/physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
• Communicate with care team and resident families; maintain confidentiality.
