Good Samaritan – Bethany is a 79-bed long-term skilled care facility in Brainerd, MN seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse. You will provide nursing care under supervision, manage medications, and participate in an interdisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well-being.

The role offers evening/night shifts with incentives and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. Full-time position with 72 hours bi-weekly and rotating weekends/holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and become licensed as an LPN.
• Minimum requirements include LPN licensure; an associate degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents in long-term care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and care teams to meet residents’ needs.
