Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, Minnesota, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care in a long-term care setting. This role focuses on resident safety, comfort, and quality care under supervision.

You will work 72 hours per bi-weekly pay period, evenings/nights from 4:00pm to 4:30am, with every other weekend and rotating holidays. An additional $1.25/hour incentive applies after 6:00pm and on weekends, plus a possible sign-on bonus if eligible.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program and hold an LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents under supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Document resident interactions and outcomes.
