Job summary

Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time role in a long-term care facility. The LPN will provide professional nursing care, administer medications, and support residents under RN supervision in a 79-bed setting.

Evening/Night shifts from 4:00pm to 4:30am with rotating weekends and holidays, plus shift incentives and a sign-on bonus if eligible. Requires MN LPN license and commitment to high-quality care.

Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
Currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and optional multi-state licensure.
IV therapy/management skills may be required; North Dakota requirements apply if applicable.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care for residents under supervision of RN/physician.
Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care.
Maintain confidentiality and communicate clearly with residents and staff.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team and support staff.

Education
