Good Samaritan – Bethany in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full‑time night shifts. You will provide nursing care in a 79‑bed facility, administer medications, and work with a multidisciplinary team to support residents’ health and well‑being.

A Minnesota LPN license is required, with opportunities for education assistance and sign‑on incentives for eligible candidates. The role offers evening/night shifts, weekend rotation, and shift incentives.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.
• Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program with supervised clinical experience or 400 hours as LPN at another facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long term care.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and ensure safety.
• Communicate clearly and maintain confidentiality with residents and staff.
