Steelville Care and Rehab Center is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team in Missouri. We offer full-time, part-time, or per diem schedules, competitive pay, a $1,500 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time staff, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri LPN license.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans.
• Assess and document residents' condition and needs.
• Administer medications and treatment per physician orders.
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Ensure proper documentation and safety in care delivery.

Available Night and Day Shifts:

• 6:00am to 6:00pm

• 6:00pm to 6:00am

Essential Functionsof Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing

• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards

• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs

• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications

• Administers medications

• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents

• Documents that treatment as required

• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner

• Others duties as assigned

Qualificationsof Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri

• Valid CPR certification
