Job summary

Woodland Care and Rehab is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our team in Missouri. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, start IVs, and help manage individualized care plans for residents in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and leading individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document residents’ condition and nursing needs.
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians’ orders.
• Administer medications and start IVs as assigned.
• Assign nursing care tasks to team members according to resident needs and capabilities.
• Ensure supplies are used economically and equipment is safe and maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as requiredEnsures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
• Others duties as assigned

Qualifications of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri
• Valid CPR certification

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
