Ozark Care and Rehab in Ozark, MO is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team and provide high-quality resident care in a supportive, community-focused setting.

We offer flexible night and day shifts, a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified full-time staff, PTO accrual after 30 days, education reimbursement up to $5,000 per year, shift differential pay, 401(k) with company match, and nationwide health coverage including Teledoc.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN license required.
• CPR certification required.
• Ability to provide nursing care within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to residents according to plan and physician orders.
• Monitor and document residents' conditions and needs.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Lead nursing care plans and coordinate with team.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained safely.

Available Night and Day Shifts:

• 6:30am to 7:00pm

• 6:30pm to 7:00am

Essential Functionsof Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing

• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards

• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs

• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications

• Administers medications

• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents

• Documents that treatment as required

• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner

• Others duties as assigned

Qualificationsof Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri

• Valid CPR certification
