Job summary

Steelville Care and Rehab is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our caring team in Missouri. We offer day and night shifts and a supportive environment as part of a large network.

We provide a $1,500 sign-on bonus for qualified full-time staff, PTO after 30 days, holidays with premium pay, tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 yearly, a 401(k) with company match, and comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance. Join us to deliver high-quality senior care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license for the state of Missouri.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of nursing.
• Lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document the resident’s condition and nursing needs.
• Implement physicians’ orders accurately and promptly.
• Administer medications.
• Start IVs and perform treatments as required.
• Document treatments and care provided.
• Ensure supplies and equipment are maintained safely.
• Other duties as assigned.

Available Night Shifts:

• Days 6:00am - 6:00pm

• Nights 6:00pm - 6:00am

Essential Functions of Registered Nurse (RN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing

• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards

• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs

• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications

• Administers medications

• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents

• Documents that treatment as required

• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained in a safe manner

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications of Registered Nurse (RN):

• Valid RN license for the state of Missouri

• Valid CPR certification
