Job summary

Woodland Care & Rehab Center in Missouri is accepting applications for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team under new ownership. We offer compassionate care for residents, a supportive environment, and competitive pay based on experience.

Available shifts include days 7:00 am–7:00 pm and nights 7:00 pm–7:00 am, with full-time, part-time, or per diem options. Benefits include a $5,000 sign-on, PTO after 30 days, tuition reimbursement, a 401(k) with company match, and health plans.

Qualifications

• Valid Missouri LPN license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all nursing care aspects.
• Develop and lead individualized care plans.
• Assess and document residents' condition and needs.
• Implement physicians' orders promptly and accurately.
• Assign care tasks to team members per resident needs.
• Administer medications and monitor effects.
• Initiate IVs and perform treatments as assigned.
• Maintain safe and clean equipment and supplies.

Essential Functionsof Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing

• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards

• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans

• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs

• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders

• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications

• Administers medications

• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents

• Documents that treatment as required

• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner

• Others duties as assigned

Qualificationsof Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Valid LPN license for the state of Missouri

• Valid CPR certification

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)may start as early as NEXT WEEK!
