Benchmark Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing care for residents in a warm, home-like setting. You will be part of a supportive team, delivering high-quality care and contributing to a caring community.

Requirements include a current LPN license and CPR, with 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially with the elderly. The role emphasizes collaborative case management and resident independence.

Qualifications

• Current state LPN license and CPR certification.
• Graduate of an approved LPN program (per state requirements).
• Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with elderly care is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents’ status.
• Observes and reports changes in resident health to the care team per state regulations.
• Directs and supervises daily work assignments of Resident Care Assistants.
• Mentors Lead RCAs in all aspects of their job.
• Coordinates care needs with community providers via case management.
• Balances service demands with supporting resident independence.
• Recognizes and reports elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per regulations.
• Responds to emergencies and uses personal emergency response system.
