Bethesda Health Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide basic nursing care for residents in a long-term care setting. You will assess residents on admission and during ongoing care, document findings, and collaborate with the IDT and families.

The role emphasizes timely communication, adherence to care plans, safe administration of medications, and completed continuing education. 24/7 operations with on-site requirements.

Competenze

• Education from an accredited nursing program and LPN licensure.
• CPR and AED certification required or obtainable within six months.
• IV certification required or obtainable within six months.
• Long-term care experience preferred.
• Ability to assess basic nursing care needs of geriatric residents.
