Job summary

Associated Urologists of North Carolina seeks an LPN to support patient care in a busy urology clinic. You will assess, document, and implement nursing plans under supervision, with emphasis on accurate EMR entries and patient communication.

Responsibilities include assisting in office procedures, collecting specimens, performing venipuncture, and coordinating with scheduling and care teams. LPN license and BLS are required; ACLS preferred. On-site position with professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Completion of an LPN program is required.
• Six months to one year related experience preferably in urology.
• LPN license and BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and document patient care in a urology setting.
• Assist with office procedures and provide direct surgical assistance as needed.
• Review patient history and plan care with the care team.
• Perform venipuncture and blood draws; administer medications per physician orders.
• Maintain EMR documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate with scheduling and care teams for patient readiness and follow-ups.
