KAISER Permanente Hawaii seeks an LPN to provide direct and indirect nursing care in an outpatient clinic in Kapolei. The role supports RNs and Practitioners, documents patient data, and helps manage orders, records, and follow-ups.

The nurse will administer treatments, immunizations, and medications as prescribed, perform point-of-care testing, and coordinate with care teams while adhering to policies and patient safety standards.

Qualifikationen

• Hawaii LPN licensure is required.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Previous clinic experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow policies, procedures and guidelines.

Aufgaben

• Reviews and prepares medical records for assigned patients; initiates follow-up for medical record as requested; reviews patients needs; identifies and prepares orders for needs of patient for authorization by practitioner and may accept verbal orders per policy; observes, collects, and documents new information on patient; informs RN or practitioners regarding incomplete data, new observation or abnormal/unusual data.
