Job summary

Qualifications

• Hawaii LPN license required at hire.
• BLS certification from American Heart Association.
• Clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and prepare patient records; follow practitioner orders.
• Administer treatments, immunizations, and medications as prescribed.
• Document care and patient responses; follow policies.
• Assist in emergency clinic situations; supervise unlicensed staff.
• Manage vaccine data and inventory; maintain documentation.
• Schedule patients and organize supplies; support discharge plans.
• Educate patients per discharge and instructions from RN/Practitioner.
